Base Salary
$149k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver components across shared Security AI runtime, orchestration, evaluation, and applied quality.
- Build reusable agent execution, governed tool-use, context and memory, shared API, telemetry, evaluation, trace-analysis, and experimentation capabilities.
- Develop agents supporting grounding, reasoning, planning, delegation, human oversight, traceability, and safe failure handling.
- Use datasets, evaluations, production traces, trajectory analysis, regression gates, and model, prompt, or tool experiments to improve AI behavior.
- Design and operate capabilities across cloud, on-premises, sovereign-cloud, and air-gapped environments.
- Implement identity propagation, authorization, tenant isolation, policy enforcement, privacy, auditability, and permission-aware actions.
- Own substantial features through requirements, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architecture, technical direction, code quality, testing, documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing, testing, and/or operating production software.
- Production software engineering experience developing with Python and/or Golang.
- Preferred experience with production AI, agentic, or distributed systems, including agent runtimes, orchestration, shared APIs, context and memory, evaluation, experimentation, or tracing.
- Preferred ability to design, implement, debug, and maintain complex production-grade systems.
- Preferred experience with LLM and agentic-system concepts such as grounding, retrieval, planning, delegation, tool use, human oversight, behavioral evaluation, and regression analysis.
- Preferred experience delivering containerized or cloud-native software across public cloud, on-premises, sovereign-cloud, or air-gapped environments.
- Familiarity with SOC, SIEM, detections, incidents, investigations, response, identity, authorization, policy, privacy, tenancy, and auditability is preferred.
- Experience with Cisco, Splunk, or comparable security, data, and AI platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated responsible use of AI-assisted engineering with attention to validation, quality, security, privacy, intellectual property, and human accountability.
