Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows for sales reps and managers.
- Integrate across the GTM stack using APIs and automation platforms.
- Apply LLMs pragmatically and ensure quality and safety in production.
- Partner with SalesOps and GTM Systems to align on requirements and deployment.
- Create reusable patterns that enable distributed adoption.
- Define success metrics and track adoption and business impact.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production-grade automations across GTM systems.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows.
- Strong coding ability and comfort with SQL and operational data.
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate needs into solutions.
