Base Salary
$126k - $177k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain core software for Cisco Wireless Access Point products.
- Partner with team leaders to help deliver team commitments.
- Develop embedded systems software using C and C++.
- Use Python scripting to support development and automation.
- Work in Linux-based development environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and highly technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 1+ years of experience.
- Experience programming in C and C++ for embedded systems.
- Expertise in Python scripting for development and automation support.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 switching, IP routing, TCP/IP, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Linux-based development environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, ownership, and task-completion skills.
