Responsibilities
- Manage Raad’s infrastructure and networking stack.
- Write clean, reliable Rails code daily.
- Eliminate technical debt with leaner, more performant code.
- Build internal dashboards and APIs for customer data.
- Define product architecture for scalability.
Requirements
- Deep Ruby on Rails experience is required.
- Strong focus on code clarity, hygiene, and maintainability.
- Comfortable in high-speed, low-spec environments.
- Ability to debug production incidents calmly.
- Familiarity with arcGIS, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS infrastructure is preferred.
