Responsibilities
- Design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions based on client business needs
- Translate business requirements into architectures and implementation plans
- Support clients and partners throughout implementation and project delivery
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with expected business outcomes
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and recommend practical solutions
- Facilitate discovery, business planning, and digital strategy workshops
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a technical and strategic advisor
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and systems integrators
- Communicate complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to architectural standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of the Solution Architecture team
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering complex digital, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems
- Experience with implementation or delivery projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to connect business objectives with technical decisions and translate complexity into clear actions
- Experience working directly with enterprise technical and business stakeholders
- Clear communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to take ownership, proactively identify risks, and manage multiple priorities
- Previous VTEX experience is desirable
