Responsibilities
- Design and develop deterministic agents and intelligent automation systems for software engineering use cases.
- Implement AI-powered automation for code generation and review, testing, documentation, quality analysis, incident management, CI/CD, observability, and operations.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based software architectures and contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards.
- Develop modern backend and frontend applications and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms and engineering workflows.
- Define and promote software engineering, security, observability, and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams.
- Lead AI-enabled software engineering innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Experience across software architecture, technical design, backend and frontend development, systems integration, testing, deployment, DevOps, and application operations.
- Hands-on experience building deterministic agents, automated workflows, AI-based systems, engineering assistants, or automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices orchestration.
- Strong experience managing AWS or GCP cloud environments, including cost optimization and security best practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Spanish proficiency is required and a high level of English is preferred.
- Strong experience with public cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET, React, Angular, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling is preferred.
- Practical AI experience with LLM architectures, deterministic agents, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent orchestration, AI automation, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI is preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows, model deployment patterns, and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, and Vertex AI is preferred.
- Experience integrating models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock is preferred.
- Relevant cloud platform or DevOps certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, architectural, autonomous working, technical leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills are expected.
