Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and engineering direction to developers.
- Drive technical execution, architecture, system design, and delivery of scalable solutions.
- Lead the design and development of internal AI-powered DevTools and engineering productivity solutions.
- Guide prompt and context engineering practices and development of AI-based capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain software quality and engineering standards.
- Drive system reliability, performance, scalability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-team and organization-wide technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead or leading technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python or another backend programming language.
- Expertise in AWS and high-scale production environments.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with Angular, React, or Vue, or experience leading full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and developing AI-based capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
