Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient SaaS solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Apply multi-tenancy and modularity principles and define limits for platform customization.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB is required.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles is required.
- Experience designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components is required.
- Ability to define and enforce customization limits is required.
- Familiarity with security best practices and cost-optimization strategies in SaaS environments is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
