Responsibilities
- Design cloud-based solutions and cloud architectures, and develop plans and specifications for implementation.
- Translate client needs and business problems into IT architecture solutions covering integration, applications, data, and technology.
- Evaluate cloud systems, applications, GenAI use cases, and cloud management platforms, and support technology selection and estimation.
- Collaborate with managers and engineers to define new cloud services, applications, and solutions.
- Lead and manage cross-functional development teams and design, develop, and enhance software assets.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation.
- Manage project finance, scope, resources, and client expectations, and support the sales process when needed.
- Engage client executives, build trust, and deliver value through technology-enabled problem solving.
Requirements
- Experience with public-cloud or hybrid-cloud architecture and implementation, including cloud consulting, PaaS/SaaS-based systems, on-premises or private-cloud environments, or cloud-native environments.
- Experience defining, implementing, and deploying architectures for Windows/Linux operating systems and middleware.
- Experience making technical decisions, establishing policies, leading teams, or driving project tasks and outcomes.
- Experience participating throughout the lifecycle from proposal and project acquisition through requirements definition, design, development, and deployment.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, approximately JLPT N1.
- Experience creating and reviewing various documents using Office applications.
- Ability to lead clients proactively, solve client problems with technology, manage project constraints, and work collaboratively.
