Responsibilities
- Build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic AI applications, AI-powered automations, and RPA solutions.
- Implement enterprise AI security controls, policy guardrails, access controls, logging, and monitoring.
- Develop Workato, Python, Node.js, Oracle Cloud, and REST API integrations using secure coding practices.
- Write backend logic and APIs and build responsive, accessible front-end components for internal applications.
- Translate technical specifications into tested code and document integration workflows, APIs, and agent configurations.
- Monitor integration and application performance, escalate issues requiring senior attention, and resolve defects based on operational feedback.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, validation, deployment activities, and production releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, UI developers, architects, and integration engineers to gather requirements and align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Support user training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and responsible use of AI-generated code and content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; currently enrolled candidates qualify if they complete the degree by the end of the spring semester.
- Demonstrated programming ability in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages through internships, co-ops, coursework, or substantial personal or academic projects.
- Hands-on experience building applications or solutions with large language models or an agent framework, including coursework and personal projects.
- Ability to read, debug, and extend others’ code and respond constructively to technical feedback.
- Comfort working in Agile and collaborative team environments.
- Preferred: working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
- Preferred: exposure to LangGraph, MCP, RPA, agent harnesses, RAG, vector stores, Workato or another iPaaS platform, cloud platforms, CI/CD tooling, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, GitLab, React, and version control systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with Workday, BuildingConnected, Procore, Airtable, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Fabric, or Power Platform.
