Responsibilities
- Lead complex infrastructure projects from design through implementation and delivery.
- Design and build high-performance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and TeamCity.
- Scale and manage cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Improve developer productivity and velocity by removing software development lifecycle bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Security teams on DevEx and DevOps solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or DevEx roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Advanced hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows and tools such as GitHub Actions and TeamCity.
- Experience managing AWS or GCP cloud environments and Linux-based containerization with Docker.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills.
- Strong professional communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Preferred: proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
- Preferred: strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern monitoring and logging suites.
- Preferred: advanced AWS architecture knowledge and cloud cost optimization experience.
- Preferred: understanding of developer workflows, testing frameworks, and integration tools.
