Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
- Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process.
- Demonstrate how ChatGPT can solve customers' business needs.
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales inquiries.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Foster customer advocacy and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and GRC teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional pre-sales customer experiences.
- Experience with security and compliance support in technical B2B SaaS products.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
