Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build greenfield systems and improve existing systems.
- Develop REST APIs and engineer microservices.
- Build and evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Apply clean-code, maintainability, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- English fluency and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious, results-driven approach.
