Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network architectures and model parameters trained on large quantities of unlabeled text.
- Define model specifications, experiment with architectures, and analyze model performance.
- Train and optimize models on large datasets for efficiency and effectiveness in real-world applications.
- Troubleshoot model issues and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, influence decisions, advise multiple teams, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor natural language processing trends and advancements to inform model development.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data for model design and improvement.
- Fifteen years of full-time education.
