Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions for pricing, quoting, contract management, and renewal processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Develop and review custom Salesforce CPQ scripts, including support for multi-dimensional quoting and advanced approval workflows.
- Lead Salesforce CPQ integration design and data modeling for connectivity with external systems.
- Conduct code reviews to promote scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce CPQ enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize quote templates, contracts, and renewal processes.
- Troubleshoot complex CPQ configuration, integration, and data integrity issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations and related technologies.
- Experience with Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow automation, and Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of CPQ contracts and renewals, Salesforce data modeling, and Salesforce CPQ integration design.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals and Salesforce CPQ Quote Templates.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
