Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows.
- Use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and stress-test IVR components.
- Validate the performance and functionality of contact center solutions.
- Integrate API-based tests using Postman or custom scripts for inbound and outbound call simulations.
- Develop and manage test cases, plans, and suites in QTest.
- Track defects, analyze test results, and report quality metrics.
- Collaborate with QA, development, product management, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
- Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline and contribute to testing strategy refinement.
- Maintain complete test documentation and contribute to technical documentation and internal training materials.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software testing experience focused on automation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
- Proven expertise using Cyara for automated contact center testing.
- Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of broader AWS services is preferred.
- Software testing or QA certifications are preferred.
