Responsibilities
- Develop AEM solutions, components, editable templates, client libraries, workflows, content publishing, tagging, personalization, and third-party integrations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into documented, reusable AEM UI and integration solutions.
- Support existing implementations through enhancements, bug fixes, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and SEO debugging.
- Participate in requirements discovery with business teams and collaborate with technical leads, architects, developers, partners, and customers.
- Conduct code reviews and promote appropriate design patterns, code quality, reusability, and long-term technical solutions.
- Work on enterprise AEM integration and multi-tenant solutions, including request/response flows, caching, replication, and content-centric applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience developing with AEM Touch UI version 6.4 or higher; AEM as a Cloud Service experience is preferred.
- Experience with AEM components, editable templates, client libraries, taxonomy, metadata, replication, workflows, publishing, tagging, campaigns, analytics, targeting, Multi Site Manager, Blueprinting, and personalization.
- Experience with AEM solution design and implementation using Touch UI components, React, Sightly, JSP, Java, Angular, servlets, services, third-party integrations, Sling Models, OSGi configuration, and multi-tenant architecture.
- Experience with server-side caching, atomic or modular design, client libraries, front-end and server-side debugging, performance improvement, and SEO troubleshooting.
- Experience with third-party integrations such as search, authentication handlers, web services, commerce platforms, Salesforce, and product management systems.
- Experience with Adobe Target or DoubleClick, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch is preferred.
- Experience with Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AEM Developer or Adobe AEM Advanced Developer certification, GDPR integration, cloud hosting, and CI/CD processes is preferred.
- Experience using Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship-building, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
