Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the application.
- Develop clean, secure, maintainable, effective, and well-documented code.
- Use Cursor and Claude Code for AI-assisted development, debugging, quality improvement, and delivery efficiency.
- Apply event-driven architecture principles to software design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project goals and timelines.
- Use web debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Leverage AWS services including S3, OSS, and RDS for scalable solutions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support adherence to agile principles.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of industry experience building and delivering commercial web applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Working knowledge of Cursor, Claude Code, and agentic AI technologies.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency with backend frameworks and languages such as Node.js and Go.
- Experience building Progressive Web Applications.
- Experience with MySQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with Jenkins and build or CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, OSS, and RDS.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture principles.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, verbal communication, and written English skills.
- Preferred experience with Spec-Driven Development or comparable structured AI-assisted development practices.
- Preferred experience creating reusable AI-assisted workflows, rules, prompts, skills, or agent configurations.
- Preferred experience optimizing AI model selection, prompts, context, token usage, quality, latency, and cost.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
