Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Use MUI and scalable design systems to create consistent internal tooling interfaces and optimize frontend performance.
- Develop PHP/Symfony server-side logic and secure, documented RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Build and maintain bi-directional data synchronization across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and custom internal tools.
- Set up, maintain, query, and optimize database systems and structures.
- Evolve platform features including time tracking, timesheet approval workflows, and data validation.
- Integrate agentic workflows and automate manual internal processes.
- Debug and resolve full-stack issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and platform support to the wider Monks community.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong backend development experience, preferably with PHP and Symfony or the ability to adapt from another language ecosystem.
- Experience designing REST APIs and Web Services and integrating third-party APIs using authentication protocols such as OAuth.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization or virtualization tools such as Docker.
- Familiarity with frontend tools and libraries including TailwindCSS, Styled Components, Material UI, and Vite.
- Experience with full-stack testing practices and frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, or Playwright.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, web application security, OWASP, data privacy, and secure authentication.
- Experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bonus qualifications include NetSuite and Salesforce integrations, Figma, Kubernetes, and proficiency in Node.js or Python.
