Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Make technical decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Design scalable and high-performance ServiceNow ITOM solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM tools and integration issues.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and ITOM best practices.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance ITOM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot ITOM tools and integrations.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on efficient and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
