Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for a team of ServiceNow developers and provide hands-on technical direction.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows, AI Agents, and Now Assist Skills.
- Develop AI-driven Service Desk solutions across Voice and Email support channels.
- Lead ServiceNow enhancements for Change Management, external integrations, and Service Operations Workspace.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications for program-level communications tracking.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations with Oracle IDM, Oracle Databases, and GovDelivery.
- Develop and govern ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including data modeling, discovery, and service mapping.
- Lead solution demonstrations, customer engagements, technical documentation, innovation projects, and mentoring.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Technical training, certification(s), or a degree, plus ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification.
- Deep expertise developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and AI solutions or workflows.
- Expertise with SOAP, REST, and web-service integration methods and enterprise systems.
- Expertise with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including data modeling, discovery, service mapping, and governance.
- Strong scripting skills, preferably in JavaScript.
- Experience providing hands-on technical leadership to a development team.
- Understanding of the Agile software testing lifecycle from smoke testing through production deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder-management, and customer-interaction skills.
