Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for pricing, product configuration, and quoting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical advisor across Salesforce technologies.
- Design and build customizations to support quoting workflows, discount approvals, and billing integration.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Salesforce development.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using web services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Oversee and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies.
- Provide strategic input on platform optimization, security, and scalability.
- Document technical specifications and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- 1+ years of direct experience with Salesforce CPQ development is a plus.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are required.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is strongly preferred.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Deep understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and relational database tools.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
