Base Salary
$185k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-first campaign creation systems for omnichannel advertising across video, audio, and display.
- Build and maintain React/TypeScript frontend applications and Java backend services.
- Modernize system architecture to support 10x future scale and develop creative backend services.
- Own features end to end, including customer scoping, solution design, implementation, testing, and launch.
- Collaborate with product, UX, data science, and partner teams.
- Provide operational support, identify root causes of issues, and improve team operations.
- Participate actively in code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to teammates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
