Responsibilities
- Build and operate internal infrastructure supporting engineers, services, and customers.
- Design and evolve secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tooling for deployment, testing, and release automation.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and related tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for application and service reliability.
- Develop internal tools and services that automate workflows, improve developer productivity, and provide operational insights.
- Respond to production incidents, participate in blameless postmortems, and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and internal teams on high-impact projects and provide infrastructure expertise.
Requirements
- Experience as an infrastructure engineer developing robust and scalable solutions.
- Expertise with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and related modern tooling such as Terraform and CloudFormation in an enterprise setting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure engineering and industry best practices.
- Ability to implement security measures that protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
- Experience identifying and responding to complex incidents, including issues involving customer infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and leadership about requirements, product features, and technical designs.
- Preferred experience with multiple cloud providers, developer productivity, and release engineering.
