Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve production and staging infrastructure.
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure as code.
- Manage secrets and configuration securely.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support engineering teams with deployment automation and cloud best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, and Portainer.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECR, IAM/STS, S3, and VPC.
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, self-hosted runners, and OIDC.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or OpenBao.
- Experience using Ansible.
- Excellent knowledge of Git, including submodules and CI/CD migration.
- Practical production experience supporting PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience building monitoring and alerting solutions with Grafana.
- Kubernetes experience is preferred.
- Fintech or payment-processing experience is preferred.
- Understanding of PCI DSS requirements is preferred.
- Experience with SAST/DAST and supply-chain security best practices is preferred.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and proactively, document technical systems clearly, and understand the business impact of infrastructure decisions.
