Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and components.
- Build and maintain backend services and solutions supporting user-facing products, downstream services, infrastructure tools, and platforms.
- Architect and scale foundational infrastructure, distributed storage platforms, and high-performance data pipelines.
- Apply technical knowledge to evaluate complex data, developments, and projects and recommend solutions to technical issues.
- Resolve production issues involving product and system reliability.
- Support business operations and improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with team stakeholders and maintain monitoring for production services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with C++, Python, Java, Git or SVN, and SQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms development and functionality, technology stack design, distributed systems, software development lifecycle, statistical analysis, and production debugging and monitoring.

- Rate of pay is $171,000 to $209,000 per year.
