Base Salary
$105k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review software requirements and specifications to develop and execute testing strategies for products or releases.
- Develop reusable test functions or components.
- Execute manual and potentially automated tests across multiple systems, platforms, environments, and browsers.
- Identify, log, and track defects; report technical issues and verify fixes.
- Gather test metrics and prepare functionality reports for leadership and the Army client.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and share information across teams.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff and potentially act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in the federal government, DoD, Army, Intelligence Community, and/or private sector preferred.
- Experience with software testing applications such as Azure DevOps, Tricentis Tosca, ALM, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP systems.
- Current Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Certifications in IAT Level II and SAFe for Teams are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, translate customer requirements into team goals, and communicate effectively.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring two in-office days per week in Crystal City, Virginia.
- Annualized compensation range of $105,000.00 to $152,000.00 USD.
- Compensation is based on factors including education, skills, experience, organizational requirements, contract affordability, and position location.
