Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements using various analysis techniques.
- Liaise with business units and technology teams to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate requirements into user stories and create supporting artifacts.
- Participate in designing high-level solutions and estimating development components.
- Design software solutions aligned with architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Work with development teams to define functional specifications and modifications.
- Provide technical support during incident escalations and service interruptions.
- Evaluate business needs and promote data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in design and functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or equivalent systems.
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Proficient in user story development and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with CRM implementation, data migration, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile collaboration.
- Intermediate proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to facilitate collaboration.
