Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-native product features for AI Cost Management.
- Build scalable, reusable, and performance-efficient full-stack software.
- Own code through design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Develop high-volume ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation data pipelines.
- Create analytical dashboards and reports and optimize large-scale analytical workloads.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and quality engineers on product design, quality, and performance.
- Contribute to new features and enhancements across the product.
- Mentor peers and promote knowledge sharing, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Hands-on experience with columnar or analytical data stores, including schema design, partitioning, and query optimization.
- Experience building and operating distributed data pipelines for high-volume ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience creating dashboards and analytic reports.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience troubleshooting complex systems and optimizing performance across the stack.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model predictions, and inference consistency.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
