Responsibilities

  • Lead complex and companywide technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Develop engineering standards and companywide best practices for complex, large-scale technology solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software for projects and programs.
  • Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions against business objectives, enterprise environments, and technical challenges.
  • Make technology and engineering decisions, influence teams, and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead projects or teams and serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on Java/Spring development.
  • At least 4 years of React experience.
  • At least 4 years of Python experience.
  • At least 4 years of Angular experience.
  • At least 1 year of LangGraph experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with multi-agent orchestration systems.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience with Kafka, S3, Dremio, Vault, and EPLX.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of PySpark experience.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience developing or deploying AI-powered tools, chatbots, LLM-based automation, or agentic workflows, including AI risk and observability considerations.
  • Preferred: at least 2 years of financial industry experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, prioritization, deadline-management, and problem-solving skills.
