Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Design and optimize Neo4j graph databases and queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application performance issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead implementation of team best practices and standards for high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Neo4j is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Neo4j, including graph database design and query optimization.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable software components using modern programming languages.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex database and application performance issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
