Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on documented business outcomes and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and customizations.
- Support data migration from legacy systems and validate appropriate ServiceNow data structures.
- Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Document configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Test ServiceNow configurations for functionality, data integrity, and user experience, and resolve issues.
- Support user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, implementation specialists, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through continued certification and training.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and the candidate must reside and work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred experience includes CSM or ITSM, ServiceNow troubleshooting, advanced scripting, Agile Scrum, App Engine, Service Portal customization, and configuring or building at least three ServiceNow applications with more than 480 hours of hands-on experience each.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, best practices, ITIL processes, and IT Service Management principles is preferred.
- Strong JavaScript and GlideScript skills, workflow configuration, business rule development, UI customization, complex workflow creation, and external-system integration experience are preferred.
- One or more additional ServiceNow certifications are preferred, including Application Developer, Implementation Specialist certifications, or related mainline certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills are required.
