Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve scalable, highly reliable cloud services.
- Develop engineering systems and practices for complex cloud environments.
- Design and automate service-scale features and customer requirements.
- Investigate pre-production and production issues and implement and deploy fixes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, typically 24/7 for one week every 6–8 weeks, within a secure facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
- Ability to pass required Microsoft, customer, government, and Microsoft Cloud background screenings.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required due to applicable citizenship-based restrictions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Git, containerization technologies, production-service debugging, logging, monitoring, alerting, reliability and availability measurement, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security Researchers, and Data Scientists.
