Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design sessions with executive sponsors, product owners, users, architects, and delivery teams.
- Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and related enterprise systems.
- Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, integration, security, privacy, technical debt, and delivery feasibility.
- Lead the design of agentic and AI-assisted solutions, including use-case qualification, prompt strategy, trusted-data grounding, human-in-the-loop controls, testing, escalation, operating models, and adoption plans.
- Guide teams using Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, Apex, APIs, Data Cloud/Data 360, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Establish architecture standards, decision records, reusable patterns, governance practices, and quality checkpoints.
- Lead or support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, statements of work, estimates, delivery plans, staffing models, and executive presentations.
- Identify and mitigate business, technology, data, integration, security, privacy, responsible AI, change-management, and adoption risks.
- Coach and guide analysts, consultants, senior consultants, developers, and architects.
- Track value realization, adoption, delivery quality, and long-term scalability with client and EY leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Typically 4–6+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more people, including hands-on configuration, customization, or architecture responsibilities.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
- Experience directing Salesforce development teams using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations, or equivalent Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and designing secure, scalable data and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent Salesforce credentials and demonstrated platform proficiency.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge across configuration, security, automation, integration, data models, deployment, and multi-cloud architecture.
- AI fluency and practical experience with generative AI or agentic use cases, including prompt design, grounding, evaluation, responsible AI controls, adoption, and value measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and travel based on client needs.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Agentforce Specialist, AI Associate, Data Cloud Consultant, or Data 360 Consultant certifications.
- Preferred experience includes Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue/CPQ, AI governance, AI operating models, change management, and offshore or nearshore team leadership.
