Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases, project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
- Configure data connectivity, extraction pipelines, data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, automations, and operational solutions on the Celonis platform.
- Direct Apollo and other AI deployment agents, write precise specifications, validate generated outputs, and adapt solutions to customer context.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, lead value-creation workshops, and quantify business impact.
- Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations while training users and supporting solution adoption and handover.
- Develop domain expertise, create scalable solution patterns and reference architectures, and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on platform improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process-improvement consulting, with demonstrated project leadership for the Senior Deployment Engineer level.
- Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
- Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to specify, evaluate, and iterate on AI-generated outputs; prompt or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
- Strong enterprise process and financial-metrics expertise; knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable is a plus.
- Ability to lead customer workshops, present to management, manage stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and quantify business impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer requirements and project delivery phases.
