Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.
- Build backend services and APIs with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Develop reusable and responsive React frontend components.
- Design AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution.
- Integrate agents with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, external services, memory, and context-management systems.
- Design event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Kafka.
- Design and optimize SQL/PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, transactions, and data access.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support applications and AI services on AWS.
- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, error handling, and reliable communication across frontend, backend, agents, and external systems.
- Write maintainable and tested code, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and developers in technical discussions, planning, estimation, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Python backend application development.
- Experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong experience designing and developing APIs.
- Hands-on SQL/PostgreSQL experience, including complex queries, joins, indexes, transactions, database design, and optimization.
- Hands-on Kafka experience with producers, consumers, topics, and event-driven processing.
- Working experience deploying cloud applications on AWS, including familiarity with services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications, including multi-step agents, orchestration, tool/function calling, external integrations, context and conversation management, memory, planning, reasoning, autonomous execution, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, Git, testing, debugging, cloud scalability, security, monitoring, and deployment practices.
- MCA, B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech qualification.
