Responsibilities
- Build internal tooling, shared workflows, and self-service infrastructure for an engineering organization of approximately 50 engineers.
- Design, implement, review, and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices end to end.
- Design and deliver production-ready CD pipelines using safe deployment strategies.
- Contribute to .NET services and internal tooling in C# .NET and occasionally F#.
- Architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Azure Bicep.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure and maintain related documentation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in C# .NET or equivalent.
- 6–8 years of combined experience in DevOps and software development.
- Advanced scripting skills, particularly PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
- Proficiency with Git or equivalent version-control systems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive practical experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, including cloud services, architecture, and production-grade environment management.
- Strong Kubernetes skills, including experience with AKS or deploying, managing, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience with TeamCity, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience operating production-grade CD pipelines and safe deployment strategies such as blue/green deployments, phased or canary rollouts, and automated rollback.
- Familiarity with security tools and practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Azure B2C/B2B.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience with large-scale .NET codebases is a strong plus.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, or AZ-305 are welcome but not required.
