Base Salary
$174k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing product features end to end across the full stack, including React/TypeScript front ends, backend services, and APIs.
- Make architecture and technical decisions aligned with user and business outcomes.
- Define success metrics, instrument products, monitor telemetry, perform root-cause analysis, and iterate based on user behavior.
- Design and build AI-enabled and agentic experiences integrating LLMs and AI workflows.
- Set technical direction and influence product strategy in partnership with product managers, designers, and platform teams.
- Raise engineering quality through coding, design reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
- Prototype quickly and drive ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives to production-grade quality, reliability, and performance at scale.
Requirements
- Hands-on Principal-level individual-contributor experience with deep technical craft and strong product judgment.
- Ability to own customer-facing products end to end across frontend, backend, and APIs.
- Experience making architecture and technical decisions in support of user and business outcomes.
- Experience designing AI-enabled or agentic product experiences and integrating LLMs and AI workflows.
- Ability to provide technical direction, influence product strategy, and mentor engineers.
