Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own end-to-end agentic systems that produce client-ready financial decks, models, and memos.
- Build deterministic document checks, model-judged review, grounding and fidelity verification, and regression suites for non-deterministic outputs.
- Create pipelines that discover, quantify, and verify patterns in proprietary platform and customer data and feed insights into drafting and checking systems.
- Build and refine retrieval systems that ground deliverables in structured and unstructured financial data and trace claims to sources.
- Develop agentic platform capabilities including composability, advanced function calling, and modular orchestration.
- Help shape product priorities based on customer value, time to market, execution risk, and impact.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience deploying machine learning or LLM systems in production.
- Experience building agentic systems with function calling, tool use, orchestration, and reliability engineering for multi-step systems.
- Experience building and validating evaluations for LLM systems.
- Experience building retrieval over unstructured and structured data and working with documents containing mixed text, numeric, and tabular content.
- Experience with document formats, document internals, and rendered-output analysis.
- A real, evolving AI-assisted development workflow with verification proportional to delegated work.
- Strong Python proficiency and deep, current fluency with frontier model APIs and their capabilities.
- Preferred: experience evaluating generated documents or other complex, client-facing deliverables using deterministic checks and model-based judging.
- Preferred: experience extracting reliable, quantified patterns from large, noisy real-world datasets with evidence-traceable discovery pipelines.
- Preferred: deep familiarity with financial data, documents, and workflows.
- Valid U.S. work authorization is required.
