Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-level products using Java or .NET and agentic development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Design and develop solutions with Spring Boot or .NET Core, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and REST/RPC web services.
- Participate in technical design with developers, architects, UX designers, and product teams.
- Conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, and share technical knowledge.
- Create unit and integration automation tests using Test Driven Development techniques.
- Use Terraform to create and remove AWS resources and monitor applications through logs and metrics.
- Produce technical documentation, proof of concepts, and evaluations of technologies and designs.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum process improvements and develop robust software components.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, 5 years with an advanced degree, 2 years with a PhD, or 11 years of relevant experience without the stated degree options.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, C#, .NET, Java EE, Spring, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and REST/RPC web services.
- Experience with microservices, containerization, cloud-native development, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs, applying design patterns, and performing data modeling.
- Experience with Kafka, NoSQL databases, MySQL, MSSQL, Apache Tomcat, UNIX, Windows, and Linux.
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Grunt, BitBucket, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD technologies.
- Experience with web application security, accessibility standards such as WCAG, assistive technologies, semantic HTML, and accessibility patterns.
- Experience with React or Angular, design system libraries, UI components, and source control.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development.
- Strong system design and code review skills, with payments, ecommerce, or payment gateway experience preferred.
