Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisory relationships with New York State agency accounts and engage architects and executive technology leaders.
- Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies across the Google ecosystem.
- Provide public cloud and enterprise technology expertise to public-sector customers, conferences, and online audiences.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete solutions.
- Provide best practices to help customers optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
- Manage enterprise architecture relationships by collaborating with specialists, product management, and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with state, local, and higher education markets in New York State.
- Experience with cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred: experience with structured enterprise architecture practices for hybrid-cloud and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
- Preferred: experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems.
- Preferred: experience working with New York State or executive leaders in government agencies.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes and large-scale computing solutions.
- Preferred: knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn emerging technologies, methodologies, and cloud/IT solutions.
Benefits
- US base pay is $152000-$221000, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
