Responsibilities
- Design and ship multi-step, production-grade AI agents that automate complex GTM workflows.
- Translate business requirements into robust agent architectures.
- Build multi-agent systems for collaboration and context maintenance.
- Integrate agents with Salesforce APIs and handle authentication securely.
- Connect agents to structured business data in Snowflake.
- Partner with IT/Security and Data Engineering on infrastructure and access controls.
- Define and improve reliability patterns for error handling and monitoring.
- Deliver in an agile cadence with proper review gates across development stages.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Deep comfort integrating with Salesforce via APIs.
- Strong experience with LLM APIs like Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
- Working understanding of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps operations.
- Ability to design security-aware architectures with RBAC and data isolation.
- Strong Python skills with async patterns and error handling.
- Experience with workflow automation and API integration.
- Experience querying Snowflake or equivalent data warehouses.
