Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and support the delivery of product features.
- Mentor development staff and help build learning-oriented, high-performing engineering teams.
- Lead technical conversations, foster stakeholder relationships, and communicate with executives, peers, and development teams.
- Drive cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, automation, and engineering productivity initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and 15 years of full-time education.
- Significant experience in architecture, design patterns, reliability, scalability, and implementation or enhancement of systems.
- Experience with analytical systems engineering, microservices architectures, extensible APIs, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
- Fluency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and a strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
