Base Salary

$164k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

Coach Solutions Engineers and Architects through discovery, demos, architectural workshops, and proof-of-value engagements.
Improve technical-win conversion, win rates, sales-cycle length, and forecast accuracy by identifying risks and refining execution.
Build and develop a high-performing team through standards, feedback, career progression, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Establish consistent frameworks for discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value delivery using metrics and AI-enabled workflows.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align technical execution with revenue goals and influence product direction.

Experience leading or significantly contributing to Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture teams in B2B SaaS or a similarly complex environment.
Demonstrated measurable impact on win rates, proof-of-value conversion, sales-cycle length, or forecast accuracy.
Experience building or improving presales processes such as discovery frameworks, demo structures, and proof-of-value execution.
Experience coaching and developing individual contributors, with experience or clear readiness in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
Ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on technical strategy and commercial outcomes.
Technical credibility with customers, senior stakeholders, and internal teams in complex technical conversations.
Practical experience using AI tools for documentation, troubleshooting, and scaling technical delivery work.
