Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and own technical account plans and strategies while supporting targeted sales motions.
- Use sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to deliver complex demos, pilots, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.
- Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans.
- Lead technical engagement through the solution phase and facilitate post-sales transition to implementation teams.
- Support pricing activities, monitor delivery-plan progress, and assist cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, and implementation phases.
- Identify, pursue, and win new workloads while expanding penetration within existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, Cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience driving the full business cycle, developing long-term technical strategies, migrating applications and services to cloud platforms, working with startups, and building AI agents and tools.

- US base salary is listed at $152000-$221000, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
