Responsibilities
- Lead automation-first quality strategy and automation solutions across programs.
- Develop GenAI-powered solutions for automated test design, code generation, execution, and defect analysis.
- Design and build AI-assisted UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Use AI and ML tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and regression-cycle speed.
- Use GitHub Copilot and Claude to support AI-assisted automation and enforce CI/CD quality gates.
- Integrate automated AI and regression test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, model deployment, and AI safety practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Quality Engineering experience covering functional, API, integration, and automation testing, with a dedicated focus on AI testing and validation.
- Good understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
