Responsibilities

  • Build software, test solutions, and automation tooling that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Research AI-augmented agentic solutions and lead large-scale test automation initiatives.
  • Monitor test environments and support errors and incidents.
  • Define end-to-end test strategies, analyze requirements, create test plans, and design regression, performance, and load test cases.
  • Lead quality initiatives for one or more teams and improve the technology stack through quality and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of testing experience, ideally with web applications.
  • 7+ years working directly with product teams in an agile environment.
  • 6+ years of UI and API automation experience.
  • 1+ year developing AI-augmented agentic testing frameworks and evaluations for AI-driven applications.
  • 6+ years working with CI/CD build pipelines focused on test automation, including GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience developing and maintaining test automation tools with technologies such as Puppeteer, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and MCP servers.
  • Experience with API testing frameworks such as Postman, REST-assured, and Pact.
  • Programming or scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Previous startup experience and testing in an agile development lifecycle are preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
