Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
- Automate performance testing processes and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders to align and meet performance objectives.
- Enhance performance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote performance engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
- Experience automating performance tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting experience with Java, Python, or Groovy.
- Ability to interpret performance test results, identify bottleneck root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, mentorship, and leadership skills.
