Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain declarative and custom Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
  • Develop conversational flows, topics, orchestration, and generative answers.
  • Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Improve agent quality using conversation analytics, user feedback, structured testing, and iterative tuning.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows using triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
  • Create reusable automation components and patterns for approvals, notifications, routing, data updates, and exception handling.
  • Configure authentication using OAuth, app registrations, and API connections.
  • Collaborate with governance and platform teams on security, compliance, environments, DLP, solution packaging, and deployment practices.
  • Create technical documentation and design artifacts, and stay current with Microsoft ecosystem and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Power Automate and Power Platform fundamentals.
  • Experience with environments, solutions, connectors, authentication patterns, and governance concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI agents.
  • Experience with Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related technologies.
  • Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn evolving AI technologies.
  • Experience with Azure AI services is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric for measurement metrics and historical trends is preferred.
