Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud products and services across multiple platforms.
  • Build, enhance, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and AI-driven business solutions.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows and scalable automation pipelines using triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
  • Apply architectural patterns, governance standards, security controls, and Infrastructure as Code practices to cloud solutions.
  • Evaluate business needs, define functional and technical requirements, and review application architectures for reliability and performance.
  • Provision, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure while assessing production readiness and maintainability.
  • Define and track operational metrics for performance, reliability, scalability, availability, and capacity.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, implementation documentation, and operational support documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs and data, opening service requests, and coordinating with application teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor long-term technology trends and develop plans to address performance, capacity, and reliability issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional hands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Power Platform fundamentals, including environments, solutions, connectors, authentication patterns, and governance concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI agents.
  • Experience with Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related technologies.
  • Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Eagerness to learn evolving AI technologies.
  • Microsoft Fabric experience for measurement metrics and historical trends is preferred.
